By adding organosilicon coupling agent to copolymer with cool monomers of acrylic acid, introducing organosilicon group or polysiloxane chain on the molecular chain of cool polymer of acrylic acid to make it have high weather resistance, water resistance, stain resistance and other properties of organosilicon resin. By using the crosslinking of organosilicon coupling agent, the densification of film formation is increased and the water-resistance and alkali resistance performance is improved.
